Is Massage Therapy For You?

You don't have to be a gym junkie, tradie or athlete to benefit. If you're an everyday kiwi with some ongoing limitations and pain, massage can definitely help you on the path to recovery. I have a wide range of experience using soft tissue massage combined with a targeted treatment plan to reduce pain, improve movement range / mobility and help you improve the quality of your life.

Meet your Therapist

I'm a Sports and Soft Tissue Therapist. Newly moved from Wellington where I worked with Phoenix FC, Central Pulse Netball and RNZ Ballet among others, I'm now ready to help clients in the Whanganui area reduce pain and get their mobility back!

I was raised in the Whanganui Area, but moved to the capital to study and eventually teach at the NZ College of Massage. My husband and I have moved back to Whanganui to pursue life in this beautiful part of NZ. When I'm not at the clinic, I can usually be found in the great outdoors running the beautiful New Zealand trails, or pursuing the next challenge as an ultra-runner.
